Approach
Commissioning notes.
A machine is not finished when it ships. It is finished when it runs on your floor, your people can operate it, and you have the manual. We treat a sales channel the same way.
Operating principles
Baseline before anything else.
We write down what you run today and what it produces, and we agree it with you before work starts. Every report after that is measured against it. If a channel does not move the line, you will see it.
One person, one message.
No message goes to a list. Each one is written for a named person, after reading what their plant makes and what they are likely fighting with this quarter.
A human reads it first.
Software helps us research. A person reviews every message before it goes out, and that person would be comfortable defending it to the buyer.
Contact with consent in mind.
We reach out for a real business reason and honor every request to stop. A channel that annoys your market costs more than it earns.
Run until it produces.
We do not hand over a strategy document and wish you luck. We build the channel and run it until it produces pipeline you can see.
Then leave.
The point is ownership. You keep the playbook, the data, the sequences and a team trained to run them. We are not built to stay forever.
What the first conversation covers
We start with the Buyer Map. You tell us the company. We read how you reach buyers today, which channels sit idle and which one would pay off first for a business like yours. Then we talk it through. There is no deck and nothing to sign.
