Privacy notice

This notice explains what Equipment Pipeline does with the details you send us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your message contains. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the Buyer Map you asked for, or replying to a question. We do not add you to a list or use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same matter, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Equipment Pipeline who handle your request, and by the service providers that host this site and its form, solely so the site can work.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The page fonts load from a font service, which receives the basic technical information any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write to jessica.harvey@equipmentpipeline.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
